The “Magical Mirai 2025″ event featuring Hatsune Miku is a captivating blend of live 3DCG performances by Miku and various virtual artists, alongside an exhibition that immerses attendees in the joy of creativity. A blu-ray and DVD capturing the full final night performance in Tokyo will be available on February 4, 2026.
This year marks the thirteenth edition of this celebrated event, themed “Starry River in the Sky.” It took place at three venues: Sendai Sun Plaza from August 1 to August 3, INTEX Osaka from August 9 to august 11, and Makuhari Messe in Tokyo from August 29 to August 31. Notably, this was the inaugural hosting of the event in Sendai.
Both standard and limited editions will include a complete recording of the final night show held in Tokyo. The limited edition bonus discs feature songs not performed during that evening as well as a video titled “Focus on Singers,” showcasing exclusive footage centered around virtual performers.
The packaging visuals will display stunning artwork created by Tiv. The limited edition package will come housed in an elegant case with special finishes that beautifully align with the “Starry River in the Sky” theme. Additionally, it includes a polaroid card featuring images of singers taken during their time in Sendai.
