Community Support Shines Through Local Fundraiser
The Chef’s shoppe in Edwardsville has made a notable impact by donating $2,200 to support the efforts ofCompanions for Pets. This contribution was raised during thier annual dented, Dinged or slightly Damaged Sale. The event showcased not only community spirit but also highlighted local leaders like Jan Kellerman (Chef’s Shoppe Manager), Taylor brown (Store Manager), Amber combs (Online Business Manager), and Patty Barney (Program Supervisor at Companions for Pets). Among those benefiting from this initiative is Woodie—a young dog who came into care after being rescued from Jefferson County Animal Control and recently had surgery to remove his injured leg following an accident.
