Las Vegas Shelter joins Nationwide Adoption Initiative
LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A local animal shelter in Las Vegas is participating in a national effort called “clear the Shelters.” This initiative aims too promote pet adoption across the country.
No Adoption Fees for August!
The Animal Foundation has announced that throughout August, they will be waiving adoption fees for adult cats and large adult dogs as part of this campaign.
- Cats must be at least six months old.
- Dogs should also be a minimum of six months old and weigh over thirty pounds.
A Special Weekend Festivity
In honor of the eleventh anniversary of this initiative, all adoption fees will be eliminated during the weekend of Saturday, August 30th.
