Taylor Russell Bows Out of Michael B. Jordan’s Exciting ‘The Thomas Crown Affair’ Remake!

Taylor⁣ Russell ⁣ has stepped‍ away ⁣from her role in the Amazon MGM ⁣Studios’ reimagining ‌of “The ‌Thomas Crown⁤ Affair,” where she was set to star alongside Michael B. Jordan.

The film,⁤ which⁤ is currently being shot ⁤in London⁤ under Jordan’s direction, will need​ to find a⁤ new actress for⁤ Russell’s character due to reported creative differences. As production progresses towards its scheduled release on March‍ 5, 2027, the studio is expected to announce a recast soon.

This latest adaptation of “The Thomas Crown Affair” features an remarkable cast that includes Kenneth ⁢Branagh, Lily Gladstone, Danai Gurira, ‌Pilou Asbæk, and Aiysha Hart.‌ The​ screenplay ⁢was ⁤penned by drew Pearce and is being⁢ kept largely under wraps⁢ following an earlier draft by Wes tooke ​and justin Britt-Gibson that drew‍ inspiration from⁤ the original film.
